1. Refund Policy

At Car Guys L.L.C – FZ, we strive to ensure all our customers are satisfied with their subscriptions. However, please note the following:

• All sales are final upon activation of your subscription.

• No refunds are provided post-activation, in accordance with UAE consumer protection exemptions for digital services, unless otherwise required by law.

• Customers are advised to carefully review all subscription details prior to purchase, as access is granted immediately after payment and cannot be revoked for refund purposes.

2. Return Policy

Car Guys L.L.C – FZ does not accept returns for digital subscriptions.

Due to the nature of digital services, we do not process returns once access has been granted. Please ensure you review all product and subscription information before completing your purchase.

3. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time by accessing your account settings or by contacting us at accounts@car-guys.com.

• Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.

• No further charges will be made after cancellation is effective.

• No refunds are provided for cancellations after activation during the current billing cycle.
